I am requesting help for a relative. Her husband was in vietnam in 1966, he served there for over a year and returned to the U.S. While in contry he developed problems after being sprayed with agent orange and went for medical services. When he returned home his problems became very serious and was disabled. When filing for Service connected the question came up as to where the records were that proved that he had contracted the problem within one year of contact. St.Louis sent the records but only state side records and they say that that is all that they have. Can some one help the wife of a Vet. that has passed?
Your best step is to contact a local Vet Center if you can...they have the best access to medical records of anyone.
Don't hesitate to contact them as soon as you have a chance.
Thanks
