I was born at Beale AFB. I lived my life as a military brat until my father died in 1977 while stationed at Rhamstein AFB in Germany. Daddy was in Vietnam, but I was too little to understand it then. Now I'm a grandmother, and each time I see my son in-law in his blues, it reminds me of my dad and touches my heart so much it aches.
All I can say is THANK YOU.I doesn't seem enough, but please know that there are so many who are thankful for your service and I am honored each time I see those blues.
