I have been on the cabbage soup diet for ten days.
I have been jogging five miles per day and lost the following:
Lost 20 lbs gross, but had a fluctuation of gain and loss again twice. I have a net loss of 8 lbs.

I reccommend the diet to someone who has not been watching waht they eat as a mechanism for learning to watch intake vs. output. Then just do portion control and increase exercise. That's my advice.
