Prior Service Navy and Army here guys, need some advise...
I know the Army said no to Prior Service with Morale waivers, well what is the opinion of this one. I have 3 recruiters and all feel different.
I have a Bad Check from 10 years ago that was paid and went on me as a Felony for the amount of 350.00
The Manual states Bad Check arrest under the amount of $500 is a Misdemenor to Army.
If, in the manual it is a misdemenor, will I still need a Morale Waiver, if they do not look at it as a felony or will they?
In other words, is this a morale waiver or a Battalion Waiver and will they still process such a waiver right now?

I meant to post it here for all the PRIOR SERVICE not just recruiters....to get some possible similiar info

But....this particular forum is for asking questions directly related to WTC. Not about waivers to get there. |
