Does anyone know if this is a shortage mos and include a bonus/quick ship? Also, does college education (I almost have my bachelors) weigh in when trying to keep rank (I was E4 when I got out in 2001).

From what i was told They used to not be giving the PS the college bonus, but they are now. If u have 49 hours you can go in as an E3 if u have 60something or you bachelors u can go in as E4. When i asked my recruiter he didnt know so you just have to talk to people on here who just went through it. About the other stuff i do not know.
Shortage MOSs and bonuses change constantly. You won't know for sure until you get to MEPS, but your recruiter can probably show you the list of recent bonuses.
My recruiter told me yesturday that if you have been out 4 years or less you can keep your rank and then you loose a pay grade every 6 month after the four year limit.
