I will never know Myself until I do this on my own And I will never feel Anything else until my wounds are healed I will never be Anything 'til I break away from me And I will break away I'll find myself today
Ditto OV! I am curious as to how the physical portion of your training goes so please keep us abreast when time permits and best of luck in your endeavors!.
OV use extreme caution when you get to WSMR in about 3 weeks. Lay low, avoid SFC Spicer, he will be looking for you.....He likes Iron Mikes, Flutter Kicks, Push ups, Leg lifts, Sit ups and whatever else he can think of...
None the less SFC Spicer is not that bad of a guy. He cares about this program you will see first hand. His training is going to keep you alive when you go overseas and that is key.
I am just having fun with OV SFC Spicer no disrespect here. Thanks for the informal class down stairs while it was raining, between you and SGT K that was one of the better classes.
Now only OV read this, Avoid SFC Spicer, Avoid SFC Spicer, Avoid him at all cost.....lol...
Best of luck and you will be posting here before you know it. The days really go fast.

You guys have not got it yet about us really older guys... we need the extra pt more than you younger guys. I have far too much respect for SFC Spicer to be concerned about how he will treat me. Unfortunately, I still doubt we will end up in NM. I am pretty sure it will be Ft. Sill.
Getting delayed into another class will cost me a $hit load of money, but nothing I can do about that now anyway.
May not need to rent a car and drive to Ft. Sill we may need to rent a boat looking at the weather there. I would like to know from any DS's lurking here if it is wise to attempt to drive to the base with all the road closures. We would not do this unless the NG liason at Ft. Sill allowed it as a last resort.
John, Good luck. You'll be fine. If this old fart can make it through so can you . In all seriousness. Even though my platoon won the Warrior Challenge I wish I had been in SFC Spicer's platoon. Keep us posted and God's Speed.
DS Ninjadrill, when time permits maybe you could let us know that Oldervet arrived okay.Just wondering how his trip is going with all the flights being canceled along with the weather. Thanks.
