I noticed on some of the videos that are posted that pull-ups, or chin-ups? are being done. Are those every day, a part of PT, or just for motivation?

Pull-ups are part of PT. Grab the bar with your palms facing away from you and your thumb wrapped around the bar.

Pull-ups?

I joined my unit in Feb after WTC and AIT and my BN is switching to "Cross Fit". It has several diffrent work outs and will kick your butt with alot of pull-ups. I don't know about the rest of the Army switching to cross fit but it's used acrossed my BRG. Any one ever heard of Cross Fit Training it is a great work out and will improve PT Scores.
