After WTC, when can I expect to attend AIT?

That depends on your MOS.

For instance, if you are an MP you'll need a security clearance. IF you have one, you may go right away. If not, you'll have to get a clearance first.

Also depends on funding

If you are NG, it depends on when your unit wants to send you to AIT. Could be right away, could be two weeks after graduation, could be months after. It's up to them and dates available.
