Just out of curiosity, how many of my prior service brothers have been asked for this, after giving everything that you have? Not complaining, hopefully someone else lurking will notice this thread and not give up due to this request. So far I have been asked only once as well as my 214 which later in the conversation with the recruiter, he stated "Oh wait I have this, I forgot to scan it." Which isn't that big of a deal, as we are all humans and we will forget things.

I think I gave my recruiter, my UA and S1 the same documents over a dozen times. Yes, they do forget and, sometimes, even lose things. I just keep reminding myself that I am not the only soldier that they are dealing with.
