Somebody Prior Service please get to MEPS faster than the rest of us. If you have the chance to go, we all need the answers.

What MOS options are they offering Prior Service for SURE from the lowest line scores to the high ones..

Recruiters are saying 11X and nothing else , well that is NOT true..reading other post of 92W and others (water treatment spec) and comabat and transport mechanical jobs

look, like i tell everyone else on the forum.... MEPS IS NOT THE SAME, ESPECIALLY FOR PRIOR SERVICE PEOPLE. consider it like the movie any given sunday.... only like, any given meps day. for real, it all (DEPENDS) on when you go in there, today they could say only 11x is open, then tomorrow it could be 11x to 92c, BIG CHANGE RIGHT?? thats just how it is. people are retiring, getting kicked out, and getting honorable discharges every week through the whole Army force. plus, the economy sucks so its a little more of a pain to just say, hey sammyboy, lemmie in. point given, MEPS CHANGES. no day is the same in any place. just hope for the best and get what you can get.nowadays you can have a perfect score on the asvab and still be stuck with whatever you consider a Low-level mos. (I know some think 11x or whatever is but i would like to disagree, them Men are all of Americas hero's). anyway, look at it like this, if you get stuck with the 11x thing, just do it.... nobody should be in this branch thinking they wont ever fight. It is a crap shoot.. I'm prior service. Been out 18 yrs (freakin economy) I went to MEPS they offered another guy (hes been out 10) in front of me who was prior service, 11X. I got up, they offered me a truck drive or 21K plumber. I took the plumber. So it REALLY does depend on the day. I wanted infantry, but that was a no-go, maybe it was my age, who knows..good luck
