Greetings Everyone:

We have a few updates for the Warrior Transition Course. Knowing the Army is currently overstregth drives these changes. Mostly this effects the National Guard Enlistments, but may also effect Regular Army and Army Reserve in the future. Just be aware.

THOSE SOLDIERS ALREADY CONTRACTED, or IN THE PIPELINE WILL BE HONORED.

Check with your Recruiter to determine if this effects you.

MEPS PHYSICAL: All Soldiers will have a MEPS Physical completed prior to shipping to WTC

Waivers: Many Medical/Moral Waivers are suspended until further notice. This will change again when there is a decrease in Army Strength.

MOS:National Guard is enlisting Soldiers with tranferring MOS from PS and Soldiers who are 18 and 35 series. Check with the recruiter if your MOS transfers. An example is if you were a truck driver... the Army has truck drivers and you can enlist. However the Army doesn't have torpedo sonar technicians. Check back at a later date.

These are all updated changes, but don't be alarmed. As troop numbers decline, these restrictions will change. To determine whether you can enlist, it's best to speak with the recruiting agency for the latest information, and determine your eligibility to serve again.
