This seems to be the unofficial PS board as well as the WTC board, if this is misplaced I apologize. Searched for someone close to my circumstances but didn't really see anything.
Did 4 years active Army 89-93, I am currently in the Air Force Reserve and an E-5. What are the chances I would keep my rank going back in the Army? I made my E-5 in the Air Force.
Also reading through here I haven't seen it at all but thought I would ask, any chance of an intel job for PS?
I'll answer in reverse order. there is a chance of Intell as PS. What MEPS spits out on the day you are there and a few phone calls help. You may have to drop to E-4 but no lower. As you know rank comes faster in the Army than AF. I am prior AF.
I imagine since I already have the time in service and grade I would get E-5 pretty fast. Do you have to do PLDC if you took ALS? I already did the Army NCO board when in before, wonder if that sticks as well.
