I don't know. My reservation has a start date of 19 oct 07 at WSMR. I guess I'll find out the night of 28 Sep.

Numbers,you may be getting bumped up to class 501 at Sill with the report date of 8 Oct and start of 12 Oct. I could not see the DS or Cadre at Sill letting you sit for three weeks,if you ship to Sill on the 28 Sep I would bet you will ship on the next available class which would be class 501 at Sill with a start date of 12 Oct. I would post the question on Ninjadrill's thread and ask him,good luck .

I got offered 4 jobs Gas fueler,Laundry guy, Cook, Truck driver.

I had to fight for Tanker.

All prior service were getting hosed at meps today with jobs.

Didn't cook and truck driver have pretty good sign on bonuses (16 and 25K for 6 years respectively)? Ditto for gas fueler.

I saw you post and others about PS being able to get choice of duty station (option 18/19).

Im running into no no no no no everywhere but call me stubborn...whats the deal? I'm 11b and trying to reclass as well as get the 18/19 option. I have not gone to MEPS yet. Even FO2 tells me no and he seems to be the man with the correct answers. Can you tell me about yoru situation?

YouCantSeeMe, if I,m correct you can only get choice of station if you stay in your current MOS, if you reclass and have to go to a school(ait)then they put you at the location they want you.
I am about to go to WTC and that is what I have been told in my situation. Hope this helps and good luck.

Has anyone recently tried getting into 25s or 25Q? I am a 2E151 in a ANG (spent 5 and a half yrs Active Duty with the same AFSC). I'm seeing many different variations on separate sites talking about bonuses, quick ships, etc, etc...

Can anyone shed some current light on this? I'm sitting down with the counselor tomorrow morning...
