I m prior Air Force trying to go active duty Army. I over max weight but Im close on tape 17" n 41"w what I can to quickly slim waist to about 39". that will get me.

Question:
what pets name

Sorry about your dilemma, you should just not worry about it until you can safely lose this weight.

hey tigger let me give you a lil heads up, lose the weight first, exercise exercise exercise! Ft. Sill is a SOB! I just graduated june 10 I was class 515. If you're worried about a lil tape test, you will be one of the 20% that will end up wasting the governments time and your own time. Be in shape before you even think about re-enlisting period! 3 square meals a day, exercise every morning, run 3 times a week with muscle failure twice a week. that's the army program. learn it, love it, do it.

2" in two weeks! You might want to try liposuction. Not to get into shape, but to loose weight fast, (3) cardio workouts a day. Don't eat more calories than you burn. A minimum of 1200 per day. There are many workouts online, but get use to feeling dead/sore all of the time. That's what worked for me. When you can't run, jog, swim, row, hike, or get on the machines anymore then just walk, walk, and walk.

NO LIPOSUCTION!!!

Do not do any get in shape fast plan other than diet and exercise! It's a safety risk and hazard doing anything other prior to a physically demanding course. Don't think Soldiers haven't tried it before and they suffered... hence why you might see some changes on enlistments and physicals. GO FIGURE!

Diet and Exercise properly. There are several other threads here that discuss proper way to loose weight, or get into better shape.
