I am headed back to Qatar in December. Don't know if my FOB will be in Iraq or Afghanistan or both...am trying to find some info on what is the best cell phone to use over there? I know it must be GSM capable. The cost of a sat phone is a lot more. I am currently with Cingular and they have given me a list of phones that they say will work, but am wondering if there is anyone that has had any experience with this or knows of someone that has.
