One of the reserve recruiters on this forum would be the best ones to answer that. My usual response is just to give it a shot ... contact a reserve recruiter, let them know upfront about the DWI charge and all the details. They will decide pretty quickly whether it is worth trying to pursue a waiver (if thats necessary). The fact that you are prior service may work for you.
Definitely go talk to a recruiter no matter what anyone may say on a message board. The worst that could happen is that you are told "no" but if you never try you will never know for sure.
