Not sure if this is relevant to the uniform Army but thought I would post as a FYI if you never have a Security Clearance before as the question keeps comming up.
There is also a Military.com forum is for asking Recruiting Questions to Recruiters. It is Moderated by a Coast Guard Recruiter and other service branch recruiters participate there, it is located here....
So you can use the above link to ask specific recruiter questions on contract terms or standards, etc if they are not answered here or in the AR posted here (I recommend you read the AR first to obtain more knowledge to frame your question better).
You can use this forum to ask people that are enlisted, have been enlisted, are commissioned or have been commissioned to get more background on items.
