I have a question for you all. My husband and I are currently stationed at Ft. Sill and I was wondering if anyone knows of an Animal Shelter or a Humane Society or anything like that in or near Lawton as I would like to Volunteer but can't seem to find any information online. Thanks!

Shannon, I've found 3 in Lawton that are either rescue shelters or such.
1. Wee Bee Benji Come Home, Inc. 2. BARK Bulldogs and Rescued K9's of Oklahoma 3. Pawsitive Options 4 Adoption There's also the Lawton Humane Society, which is a .org site. OH! And I just found something called Okpets dot org as well!! It'll give you a listing of dang near every shelter in OK with a 580 are code! lol...  (google and petfinder are my 2 main sources) Have fun!!  |
