We want to make t-shirts for our company. It would have the company symbol on it as well as the battallion crest on the back. Do we have to get permission to use these symbols and if so from who? Please help!

your name says tnarmywife. Any chance Fort Campbell? If so, many of the printers near the post already have alot of company/battalion symbols on file. When its an frg job there generally isn't any problem using the symbols and crests on frg/army projects.

We used to be at Campbell (3rd Brigade) but now we are stationed out of Hawaii. I am originally from TN and I am actually living here again (a little south of Nashville). We will be coming back to Campbell though, just not until this deployment is over with

I didn't think FRG would have an issue with it, I never remembered having to worry about that in the past, but we were going to do it on cafepress and well, it's just confusing!

I remember a long time ago reading that cafepress doesn't allow military insignia. But I could be totally wrong. Make sure you check on that.
