It has been my experience that some FRG's break confidentiality and release personal information about members within the group and are a part of a lot of gossip. After the situation has been addressed, who can a person go to because it is still continuing?

How was it addressed? Is it the leader, or is it others in the group?

If the leader hasn't addressed it to your satisfaction, you can go to the Family Readiness Support Assistant, if you have one, or even to the Company Commmander. Ultimately, it is the Company Commander's program, not the FRG leader's.

That is correct that it is the Company Commander's program. I would try the FRG Liaison(Assistant) first to resolve the issue. If that doesn't help, then go to the Company Commander. (That's if you cannot get it resolved with the FRG Leader).

I am sure it can be fustrating..i am part of a FRG for my husband's ship and i totally understand that it can hard to find the right person to speak to. I would suggested speaking the the FRG Leaders, Advisors, Ombudsman and that doesnt work go to the Command..

I sure hope everything works out for you..
