I finally got the VA to let me see an outside Psychiatrist, The new Psyc gave a
strong finding of PTSD, and NO PD (Personality Disorder) which the VA(PD) has been trying to jam down my throat for about four years !

I don't know if the Civilian diagnosis of PTSD will help, as the VA seems to do as they please regardless of the facts.
...geeze the VA under medicated me for four misserable years ! ..at least now I do sleep ...a LOT better.
