Does anyone know the date an advancement message needs to be sent out in CGMS by to be eligible for advancement for the 08-08 list for BM2,I looked and could not find it.ANy help would be greatly appreciated. R/ BM3 Albarado
There is no date. The MSG is sent after all the data is received that is necessary to compile the list.
EPM-1 tries to get it out as early as possible. If you want the list sent before all the data is in, then you will get a very short list and advancements will end up getting pushed back to the next month.
Right now the time line is as compressed as they can get it. The price you will pay for a "set date" would be everyone advanced a month later than they would under the current system.
Based upon what I've seen recently if the msg is released before the 15th of the month you have a good chance of making BM2 off the next supp advancement msg.
