Well... I'm certainly not arguing the point that liberals are killing us. I'm just not sure how drunkedness helped us be a better country! Or any of the other things I mentioned for that matter...

Here is all I am saying. Take the Marines, they love to drink and fight. So if I was their CO and a bunch of my Marines went out and got hammered and got in a huge fight at the bar, I could care less. The only thing I would care about is when the **** hit the fan they were there to kick ass. I hear a lot of people say you should not do this or that in public. Americans understand that the military needs to be bad ass killers. So your average REAL american does not really worry about what someone in the military does or says to a point. I am not saying they should go and kill people or rob them and crap like that. But if I hear a bunch of military men crusing and fighting in public, it does not bother me. Those same Marines are the ones kicking ass for us over here.

There would have to significant mitigating information to keep the member. Processed not necessarily discharged What type of mitigating information? IE the member is a valuable asset? A loyal and dedicated Coastie? Has taken responsibility for their disease of Alcoholism? The Administrative process has been initiated, CO recommended discharge while admitting member is "...Lauded by the entire chain of command...", ADSEP Board recommended retention, and District Admiral agreed with CO. Board decided in Nov 2008 and package is at EPM as of Feb 09, the "...reasonable timeline of 45 days..."(From the ADSEP Manual) has come and gone, multiple alternative career opportunities have come and gone. In a message to SECCEN, the CO has again reiterated the the member is a valuable asset to the CG, however has not changed his decision that the member should be separated.

That is the only thing in your string of examples that I would question. OBVIOUSLY by getting a second ARI, that statement is in question. At least for me to back that up, FWIW, it would take a long time to reach that point. Unfortunately, more time that a member actually may have.
