Concerning the heirarchy of posters, there used to be an explanation on the Military.com Personal Zone which seens to have gone blank lately.

If I remember correctly, the status goes as follows:

Basic Training: 1 - 50 posts
Member: 50 - 3000 posts
Experienced Member: 3000 - 5000 posts
Highly Experienced Member: 5000 - 10000 posts
Really Needs to Get a Life: >10000 posts.

Not only do I fise in Alabama sometimes I muise here also......it's in my PROFILE.

I'm Joe L. Washburn retired BMC living in Mobile ALabama. I am married have a son a dog and a cat, I drive a Chevy P/U but I'm thinking about trading it for a Toyota Tacoma. I work with M/R people and love my second career. I'm most grateful to the USCG for providing my continuing education that has allowed me to work in my chosen field post Coast Guard. I canoe and fish a lot.

It is a FACT that I do not take any anonomous poster seriously. IMHO if you don't post anything you wouldn't want your CO/XO or mother reading you can't get in trouble.

In respect of the rather large slab of fish meat on your profile picture and the extremely pointy end of your boat, notwithstanding the cork in the picture, I take it you are cane-poling; by chance are your considering fly-fishing?

I have gotten the redfish bug pretty good. A retired LT from the ISC an I have gotten into the redfish via kayak mode. It is great for accessing the shallows, but I am thinking about leaving the bait caster for the fly rod. Have you dabbled in this area of fish population control?
