RYAN .. From what Rob posted it looks like no links of any kind to any site are permitted unless those sites are milcom affiliates; so that would be your answer.

I've consulted with Vince about this, and currently there are only 3 sites that are affiliated and are allowed to post links to their sites on these forums:

1. American Legion
2. Military OneSource
3. Milspouse.org

Other than these, it's at the discretion of the administrative staff (home office)... and whatever they are working on to suit the purposes of their projects.

He (Vince) will be reviewing this matter and will get back to me with more complete information as it becomes available.

Let's hope for all our sake this info comes sooner than later.

On a side-note... I don't think the list will be much more than what I've already mentioned.

Jerry, that's the way it should be. People should post links to back up stories, or info that is of use here. It's not like if you post a link to a new york times story, your going to get any money from it. Heck, MIL.COM post links to news stories all the time. But if it comes to nick picking on what is ok and what's not without a clear pickture, the ranks will become bitter and the dark ages will rule..
