While on a patrol near teh town of Chaghali one of our vehicles was attacked by enemy forces using and IED. The explosion ended the life of SGT David Drakulich of Reno Nevada and wounded one other soldier, SPC Jose Perdomo who is being treated for minor wounds in a hospital here in Afghanistan at this time. both Soldiers were assigned to HHC and both have been performing their duty magnificently during OPERATION MAR KARADAD and the entire in Afghanistan. We extend our deepest condolences to both families and pray that the can find comfort in this time of sorrow.SGT Drakulich was and American treasure and will be missed by his friends and family in 1-508th and the 82nd Airborne Div.both families have been informed and we respect their priacy at this time.

I got this from the same place as I got the last one

Dear Families
During combat operations in Musa Qala, the battaliion suffered theloss of Corporal Tanner O'Leary who was a new soldier that arrived to the battalion late summer. He was in the Scout Platoon HHC. Corporal O'Leary was recongixed as an exceptional soldier and peer group leader. He will be sorely missed by hisbrothers in TF1 FURY. Corporal O'Leary next of kin have been notified. Our thoughts and prayers are with them in this time of grief.Because of circumstances with current opeerations we apologize that this notification has been delayed.
Un fortunately we sustained several combat related injuries during this same operation All families have been notified
