First I'd recommend that this isn't the best place to be discussing medical issues. Your serving clinic will have someone to advise you in this.

The short answer is, the Board will decide how your condition is likely to impact your future ability to safely perform military missions; without additional detriment to your health. The Board can recommend retention in the Service just as well as anyting else -- it all depends on your specific diagnosis, specific circumstances and the needs of the Service.

This is all covered in COMDTINST M1850.2D, but again, your servicing clinic is yor best resource for information.
