"Tramp Stamps" are labeled that when they are confined only to the middle of the lower back. I have one... although it's not a "stamp"... it goes from hip to hip on my lower back, so I lovingly refer to it as "azz antlers"
I think its more "Caveat Emptor". If the tattoo artist is a responsible artist he WILL be honest with the client about what they should and should not get. Example: I was turning 18 and wanted to get a tattoo (would have had one before but NO! was my parental answer) so I went and looked and looked and saw this wicked cartoon cat! Sweet! The artist (being a professional, responsible artist) told me... well, he basically told me that no, I shouldn't get it. He understands its my first and I'm very excited but that in 5 years (nevermind 50 years) I will probably regret it. So he sat with me asked me what I like... flowers, colors, music, etc. After he sat me down and went over a bunch of options I choose something that I still think is beautiful.

MC,
You'll note that their user names cross the line of "common good taste" as well.
You strike me as a reasonable man. If you found the post offensive then it was in fact offensive. It's never my intent to offend reasonable people and I deleted my post accordingly.
I know that "tone" is difficult to read through text writing, but I'm fairly certain that the deletion and subsequent reply were of facetious nature. Of course... I may be incorrect - but I doubt it. In fact if I was even told that I was incorrect, I still believe I'm right.
