I would like to apologise because I did not think that you needed to see both sides. Also this is a Coast Guard Forum.

The other side of Mr. Mineta's coin, says Secretary of Transportation, United States of America.

Can we get a referee here? Is it possible that Mr Mineta was the Secretary of the US Coast Guard because he was Secretary of Transportation?

While looking in my pocket, I also found a cap from the bottle of Bud that I had for lunch.
