I have searched and searched for a clear answer and it seems I keep running in circles.

I am Prior Navy, and have been out for over 10 years. I am preparing to go Active Army and while I am in this process I am trying to figure out a good MOS with a maybe a little bonus to help with my family finiances while I start off in my new career. But, my recruitor says thier is no bonus's for prior service even though I see bonus for this and that all over the internet. Can someone point me in the correct direction, because I just keep pulling up the same info. What I am looking for is prior service and joining the Army MOS active bonus's. I have no access to KO or whatever that webpage is that asks for a password.

ALL HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS IN TSC I-IIIB OR HIGHER ENLISTING IN THE DELAYED ENTRY PROGRAM(DEP) FOR ANY MOS AND THREE OR MORE YEARS TOS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A BONUS OF $1000 FOR EACH MONTH OR PART OF A MONTH SERVED IN THE DEP, BEGINNING WHEN THE PERMANENT RESERVATION IS PULLED FROM THE FUTURE SOLDIER REMOTE RESERVATION SYSTEM UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 14 MONTHS. AN ADDITIONAL $1000 WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT UPON SUCCESSFUL RECEIPT OF A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA. THE TOTAL DEB BONUS MAY NOT EXCEED $15000. H. TOTAL MILITARY SERVICE OBLIGATION (MSO) WILL BE REDUCED FROM 8 TO 6 YEARS UNDER THESE OPTIONS. J. A $5000 BONUS IS AVAILABLE TO QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WHO ENLIST IN THE NATIONAL CALL TO SERVICE PROGRAM AND SELECT THE BONUS OPTION. BONUS IS PAID UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF RANGER INDOCTRINATION TRAINING (RIP) AND ASSIGNMENT TO A RANGER UNIT. THIS BONUS IS INVALIDATED IF THE APPLICANT FAILS TO COMPLETE RIP OR DECLINES ASSIGNMENT TO A RANGER UNIT. IF A HIGHER PRIORITY REQUIREMENT NECESSITATES ASSIGNING APPLICANT TO A NON-RANGER UNIT AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF RIP, THE INCENTIVE WILL BE PAID. L. THE ARMY ADVANTAGE FUND (AAF) IS A PILOT PROGRAM OFFERED TO I-IIIA TRADITIONAL 4 YEAR HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA GRADUATES (TIER 1) AND HOME SCHOOL APPLICANTS ONLY, ENLISTING INTO CRITICAL MOS LEVELS 1-7 FOR PERIODS OF 3 (VEL) YEARS OR LONGER. THIS OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE TO ANY OTHER TIER 1 APPLICANTS WHO HOLD OTHER EDUCATION CREDENTIALS LISTED FOR TIER 1 HSDG SUCH AS 15 SEMESTER HOURS OF COLLEGE,JOB CORPS,ADULT EDUCATION,OR VO-TECH CLOCK HOURS. THE MOS WITH THIS INCENTIVE WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON REQUEST OR BY USAREC. THIS PILOT PROGRAM WILL BE OPEN TO FIVE BATTALIONS ONLY: ALBANY(LESS EUROPE),CLEVELAND BN, MONTGOMERY BN, SAN ANTONIO BN AND SEATTLE BN. THE PIOLT WILL LAST 6-12 MONTHS AFTER WHICH A DETERMINATION WILL BE MADE TO EXPAND OR DISCONTINUE THE PROGRAM. APPLICANTS ENLISTING FOR THIS PROGRAM ARE ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO $40,000 FOR A 5 YEAR ENLISTMENT. QUALIFYING APPLICANTS HAVE A CHOICE OF USING THE INCENTIVE FOR EITHER A HOME LOAN OR BUSINESS OWNERSHIP. APPLICANTS ELECTING TO USE THIS INCENTIVE MUST WAIT UNTIL THEY FINISH THEIR INITIAL TERM OF SERVICE BEFORE THEY CAN RECEIVE PAYMENT. QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT ELECT TO PURCHASE A HOME OR START A BUSINESS WILL RECEIVE A CASH PAYMENT 5 YEARS AFTER DISCHARGE FROM THE ARMY. THE TOTAL BONUS AMOUNT MAY NOT EXCEED $20,000 FOR A TWO YEAR TERM OF SERVICE, $30,000 FOR A THREE YEAR TERM OF SERVICE AND $40,000 FOR FOUR OR MORE YEARS. Q. THEY WILL RECEIVE THE BONUS FOR MOS 11X THAT WAS AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF CONTRACTING.
