I've reenlisted in the army NG about 6 months back, went to WTC etc and have done all my training. Now its time to do MOS training but it doesn't look like I am going to be doing that quite sometime. I am currently enlisted as a 68W but what I am wondering is if its possible to switch MOS's and if so, how would I go about doing it? If its not possible, I'd be glad to still serve as a 68W but after making a civilian career choice, there are a couple other MOS's more in line with that decision that could give me more training.

If you really wanna give up a 68W slot you can. you can talk to your unit or recruiter about what other MOS's are available. That 68W slot is a hard one to come by so if its something you want to do then i would suggest sticking it out and keeping it!!
