I have done the physical this past monday june 23, 2008 and past all the test or exams, but at the end when I was doing the duck walk and tape test.
I was over my bodyfat, I'm at 31% need to be 28%. I have to go back on aug 11, 2008. do I have to do the whole thing again or just the weight and measure tape test. |
