I got my re-4 waiver approved today, so it can be done mine was JHJ Gen Under Hon... Not being able to make up drills in time allowed. Mine is in michgigan.. AS per my recruiter they cant touch anything other than Honorable and General discharges... And he is good he has never had a waiver not pass.. So he knows what he can and cant get put through it helps that i had for letters of recommendation written on my behalf a wing commander (Col.), 2 full birds, a Lt Col, a CMSGT, the director of the ER i work at and a random stranger who wrote my boss a letter about me. I admitted responsibility in my letter, explained what i have been doin since my discharge, why i want back in what i can offer to the army, what i hope to achieve. Its all in how good you can make yourself look and owning up to your mistakes...

How long did it take for your waiver to come back? I sent mine in two months ago. I got a letter last week that says, they got my request and they will let me know within the next twelve months.
