After my next deployment I'm ETSing and planning on joining the Guard. I'm a Sniper but have never had a chance to go to the school, is it possible to get that in a contract when I switch to the Guard? Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks.

The ONLY way you can get that in a contract is to enlist into a 11 (infantry) series or possible 31B military police that is a sniper position, which requires you to work with the recruiter and the gaining unit to get that specific para and line for the position.
