I am Prior service Army and currently looking to get back into the military. I am looking into the National Guard. My questions is:
I am a single parent. Do I need to have a Family Care Plan to go back into service? |

Thanks recruiters for doing YOUR JOB and letting me know at least a yes or no!!! Communication is KEY to getting recruits. I am guessing that is not high on anyones agenda here.

Hi,
My name is Ruben. I am not a recruiter, but I am prior service and I have a sister who has asked the same question. The asnwer is yes you can join the Guard as long as you do have a Family Plan. The NG must ensure that your child is taken care of if you have to drill or be away from home. Your recruiter should help be able to help you with the details. If you are not getting the help you need from your local recruiter find another one nearby. Hope this info helps. |
