Nope... sorry... id start applying for discharge upgrade but its a long battle but you gotta want it bad enough

yes, I spoke with an attorney who specializes in these matters, and he thinks my chances are about 60 percent, but it can cost anywhere from five to eight thousand dollars...I am willing to spend the money if that is the path I must take. I just wanted to get advise before doing so. Thank you

Out of curiousity, what was your RE code? What did you get discharged for? A 60% chance of an upgrade is pretty good...good luck!!
