Alright WTF, I keep failing my SK3 EOCT by 1 question. (I know, I know!) anyway the part on the test I keep doing badly on is Transportation, there wasn't any study material on trasportation in the striking package... i've look through the Frieght Transportation manual I cant find any thing that there asking me. can someone send me in the right direction? for example, What does Priority 03 Department Level Reparable (DLR) mean?!?! Help Please
