Is there a newer version of the DHS Management Directive 0780 series than 0780.1 of 12/20/2004? With the new training and certification standards required by FAC-COTR a new instruction should have been written by now.

I wouldn't bet on it.
 Having just taken a bunch of the FAC-COTR on-line classes throught DAU, I think it's all a friggin joke. I mean you can punch right through the course, take the test 99 times until you get it right... |
