I know for sure that I've seen this somewhere, but where is there a guide to quarterly spend down? I'm mainly looking for the percentage goals that the unit is to spend down to each quarter.

If you start at 0% spent and have a goal of 100% spent by the end of the year, what's the natural progression through four quarters?
Keep an eye on the message board, D9 sends out spend-down guidance, and I know Ms. Sykora sends out pretty detailed messages for quarterly requirements.
I'm not sure about any other written guidance, it's a good question, and I'll look into it and see if I can't find you a better answer.
It's like it changes year to year, quarter to quarter. It seems like In D9, HQ gives the District spend down rates, who then gives a different requirement to the Sectors, who then gives another different requirement to their outlying units. I've actually been instructed to spend "this much" or "that much" from informal talks with the SUPPO. I know they wanted our unit to be spent down to 20% by the end of QTR 3 this year and down to 0% by 31AUG. Also, they kept giving us more and more money as the year went on so the percentages kept changing. Hope that helps.
