Hello everybody. I'm TDY in Tallahassee and can't find the link for DHS forms library. I need the form number for a simplified acquisition file checklist, I'm not exactly sure that is the exact title. It replaced another form called the Acquisition File Checklist back in about 2004 or so.

You might be referring to the DHS 700-16 Simplified Acquisition Summary Form, it is referenced in the SAP manual.
