Wondering if there is any insight on this subject from sk's that used to be other rates... what was you process and how painful is it...????
MK2 that is on the fence, leaning hard toward sk.

There is somebody at my unit he went from DC3 to SK3, he went to "A" school though, I'm sure as a second class they will be more reluctant to just release you from your rate.

What are your reasons for wanting to go SK? What units have you been at as an MK?
Just asking because maybe you have not been to enough units to see what an MK does or maybe it's just not for you.
