Go to the "C" school in Yorktown. It's the only way I was able to learn.

Aside from going to the school, youre best bet is to have someone that is pretty experienced come out and show you in person. The benefit to doing it at your own desk is that you are doing the recon on your own books with all your files right there next to you. If you have ISC support, call them and see if the SKC can come down to train you. Trust me, they don't mind, that's what they're there for.

Unless there has been a drastic change, reconciliation used to be able to be done automatically; the single most important key however is to do it on a regular, weekly basis. Do not ever get behind...you may find yourself short of funds...
