I just wanted to double check the dates for the quarterly inventories. I believe the Supply Policy and Procedures manual says the 1st quarter must be conducted from 15-23 December. But a message recently came out saying that the inventory results must be entered on the ICCP website instead of the old one. It mentions the TAV extracts must be submitted between 1-15 December. The inventory should be done before the TAV is sent out, so does that mean the inventory dates have changed?

Here's what I do. I do my TAV to meet the deadline. Then I do my inventory and after that's completed I submit another TAV. Of course right now they're asking for a full data export. The actual exports only take about 15 minutes start to finish. I know it;s doubling your efforts, but it really doesn't take that long.

The inventory should be conducted prior to the TAV submit ion. The dates remain the same. By submitting a TAV prior to the inventory, you are wasting your time and OSC's time.
