Hi - My husband is National Guard on a year deployment to Germany. Myself, our 7 and 4 yr old daughters and my parents are planning on going to see him and take a vacation with him for a few weeks in July/August. In the reading I have done it looks like myself and our daughters would qualify for space-A travel but as neither of my parents are veterans they would not. Could you verify? Also, I need some ideas on what to see while in Germany. Especially with 2 young children. If anyone has ideas please let me know.

correct. If your parents do not have ID cards in their own right they may NOT fly Space A. additionally, you and your kids need the letter providing permission to fly without your sponsor.
