I've been back to Vietnam 3 times and it every ttip has been worth every penny. Try Milspec Travel, or Huong Viet Travel or Trails of Indochina. The agencies based in Vietnam do things a bit differently than you would expect, but they can be trusted to do a wonderful job. The key to an excellent trip as compared to a good one is the Vietnamese guide. It's critical to find a guide who will help you to learn about the culture rather than one who clicks off comments based on a memorized script.
