Space A you must be AD or retireed, so being a disabled veteran are you at the retirement age in which you have a valid military ID? Do your dependents have a valid military ID? For healthcare are you on Tricare? Is your family? a little more information is needed before we can give you the right answers.

Then yes you can travel Space A but be warned that in the summer it is the busiest time of year and you are Cat 6 so lots of people can go before you. You can sign up 60 days before you leave, but the suggestion is around 45 that gives you 2 weeks to get there. Have several options as to where to leave from and where to go.

For meds you are going to have to contact Tricare about that because it is a different system OCONUS and what you can do on base is limited.

As long as your ID is NOT a DD Form 1173 or 2765 then you should be good to go.
