"Bowlers have BIG balls!" |
"AHMADINEJAD (via translator): My creating nonexistent enemies, for example, and an insecure atmosphere, they try to control all in the name of combating insecurity and terrorism."
"KERRY: The president is trying to scare the American people into believing that Al-Qaeda is the rationale for continuing the war in Iraq." "AHMADINEJAD (via translator): They do not respect the privacy of their own people. They tap telephone calls and try to control their people." "FEINGOLD: The president violating the law by authorizing illegal domestic wiretapping." "AHMADINEJAD (via translator): Palestine is an old wound, as old as 60 years. For 60 years these people are displaced. For 60 years these people are being killed. For 60 years on a daily basis there are conflict and terror. For 60 years, innocent women and children are destroyed and killed by helicopters and airplanes that break the house over their heads!" "CARTER: In Palestinian territory, there's horrible persecution of the Palestinians who live on their own land, and they have occupied the land. They have confiscated. They've colonized it, and they've forced Palestinians away from their homes, away from their pastures, away from their fields, cut down their olive trees and severely persecuted the Palestinians." "AHMADINEJAD (via translator): This is not Guantanamo Bay! This is not a Baghdad prison! This is not a secret prison in Europe. This is not Abu Ghraib. This is Iran! I'm duh president of this country!" "DURBIN: If I read this to you and didn't tell you that it was an FBI agent describing what Americans had done to prisoners in their control, you would most certainly believe this must have happened by Nazis, Soviets in their gulags, or some mad regime, Pol Pot or others, that had no concern for human beings. Sadly, that's not the case. This was the action of Americans in the treatment of their own prisoners." Who says the demokrauts aren't giving our enemies their talking points? Is it any wonder why the liberals welcomed Imanutjob with open arms? "The World's Finest" |

Back at you..who said these gems.

It is sad that people are so scared of brutality in War, at what cost is their freedom? White flaggers yelling I surender, I surender! Even Christians should realize that King David was brutal when necessary to accomplish his objectives. . .The thing that is not told is that in comparing current treatment of prisoners to brutal dictators of years past is, they enjoyed it, and they did not do it for their survival. Was it truly necessary to load train cars full of Jews and gas them to death? Was it necessary for Saddam to use Chemical weapons on the civilian Kurd's and shia's? I think people get confused to what is necessary brutality vs what is genocidal done for ethnic or personal reasons (enjoyment). I mean really what is worse, being shot, filled with shrapnel, or being stabbed during battle, or water boarding, gay porn, pork products, and loud music? A bunch a sissies the people have elected, just like the Euro's that it took BRUTAL FORCE to free from the oppressive and genocidal HITLER, that our now whining about how prisoners of war are treated by us, just shows how gratefull some of them truly are! |

Here's an even better quote for you.
"Why of course the people don't want war. Why should some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? Naturally the common people don't want war neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country." Herman Goering at the Nuremberg Trials |

I answered it in the above post. And all the Dudbin's, Carter's, Feingold's, Kerry's, Ahmadiejad's quotes are true too. What is your point? Know Your Enemy. Do not react to him. Make him react to you. |

This is soooooo boring. You post something in a lame attempt to connect Ahmadinejad with Liberals and Democrats, but if you do a little research, you see that he's much more in-tune with social conservatives. I mean, we can play this game all day long. When I listened to him, he sounded like a Neo-con right-wingers dream.
"America's social conservatives have found a soul-mate. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Apparently he runs a gay-free paradise! No such things as homosexuals in Iran! He just said so. "We don't have homosexuals in Iran", As America's conservatives survey the Sodomy (sic) and Gomorrah that the USA has become under degenerates such as Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, -- not to mention obvious culprits Lyndon Johnson, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton -- all they see is a country lost to sinners. Awash in homosexuality, degnerates and Doris Day fans. How comforting for them to know that they have a soul-mate in Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. And to know that they have a country to live in where they won't have to be confronted by masses of depraved gays. I propose a fund to help American conservatives emigrate to their Promised Land. No gays ... women in their place ... and a low tolerance for free expression. Iran -- a conservative paradise ..." Yes! My post is kind of "tongue-in-cheek", but it makes about as much sense as a post comparing 52% (based on the last Nov election) of your fellow Americans with this madman. |

LTFreak, yeah, I guess hanging women and children in public is being a social conservative. Get your head out of your fourth point of contact.

I rather doubt your transparently lame attempt at disclaimer, but why don't you see if you can figure out who it was who said the following: "Why are the leaders of the White House keen to start wars and wage them around the world, and make use of every possible opportunity through which they can reach this purpose, occasionally even creating justifications based on deception and blatant lies, as you saw Iraq?" "And despite this brazen attack on the (Iraqi)people, the leaders of the West - especially Bush, Blair, Sarkozy and Brown- still talk about freedom and human rights with a flagrant disregard for the intellects of human beings. So is there a form of terrorism stronger, clearer and more dangerous than this? This is why I tell you: as you liberated yourselves before from the slavery of monks, kings, and feudalism, you should liberate yourselves from the deception, shackles and attrition of the capitalist system." "And among the most important items contained in Bush’s speeches since the events of the 11th is that the Americans have no option but to continue the war. This tone is in fact an echoing of the words of neoconservatives like Cheney, Rumsfeld and Richard Pearle, the latter having said previously that the Americans have no choice in front of them other than to continue the war or face a holocaust." |

------------------------ Just want to add one of my favorites "I really believe that the pagans, and the abortionists, and the feminists, and the gays and the lesbians who are actively trying to make that an alternative lifestyle, the ACLU, People For the American Way, all of them who have tried to secularize America. I point the finger in their face and say 'you helped this happen.'" - Jerry Falwell. *Fellow evangelist AND ONE TIME REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT Pat Robertson concurred with his sentiment. |

We can all sit here all day long and quote nutjobs from the left and nutjobs from the right. What does it prove? Not a friggin' thing. Form your own opinions. But of course all you want to do is regurgitate hateful drivel.

Ok Ok if you wanna go that way. "I would think that if you understood what Communism was, you would hope, you would pray on your knees, that we would someday become communists." Jane Fonda "It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is" Bill Clinton "I will guarantee you that John Kerry will be president of the United States." Nancy Pelosi "This... this... 'coyote' is like, just another tool of this wicked administration, ... I mean are we supposed to accept the fact that it's okay for a predator like this to have nuclear weapons but it's not okay for say, a road runner or a baby harp seal? Coyotes like Wile E. are already waging nuclear war on defenseless road runners every day. I believe the pictures taken by my undercover operatives speak for themselves.” -Cindy Sheehan She sounds like a looney toon! “I admire President Chavez for his strength to resist the United States." -Cindy Sheehan I could go on and on and on. My point is only that there are many crazys on both sides of the political table. |

Wow, I agree with you. Would the OP of this thread fall into that category as well? This thread is nothing but a lame attempt to accuse liberals and Democrats of supporting and being with the "terrist". That sounds kind of like "crazy stuff from the right", doesn't it? |
