I don't believe in it.

Don't get me wrong I am all for pollution control, clean water, clean air and recycling waste. That's why I believe in oil and coal, we are recycling plant waste. Big Grin

We breath out CO2 and breath in oxygen. Plants take in our CO2 and put out oxygen for us. Recycling once again. If people breath more we could have a greener planet. Big Grin

Any way here is the otherside of man made global warming.

The great global warming swindle.

I have yet to see anybody outside of the republican party who does not seriously believe in Global Warming. Even GW seems to now.

I am not a republican, neither is my husband or anyone else I have sent these 2 video series to.
They also believe it is not man who controls the temp. of the planet. As for the president, he is wrong on immigration as well in my book.

Have you even seen the otherside? We watched Gores movie.

Global Temperatures Have Dropped: Did Sunspots Predict It?

The Sun is the principle driver behind terrestial temperature change, not human-generated CO2. Any chance that Gore will return that Nobel prize for promoting awareness of AWG? Don't hold your breath.

I don't care if he does or not. I find that prize tainted to say the very least.

I just want him to debate it with the other side. What the h*ll is he afraid of?

Like a lot of them, Gore's still trying to figure out what happened to the coming ice age of the 70's.

There is of course some evidence of man's contributions to global warming. Paved roads, highways and buildings. These effect drainage, vegitation growth and animal life.

The main reasons can be traced to solar activity and are cyclic. Evidence of this shows up in arctic ice borings and in tree rings of older tree species.

Ozone in the upper atmoshere is a result of cycles of solar activity and in volcanic discharge and yes, even a limited contribution from our civilization.

Wiping out mankind completely would have a limited effect.

Those solar flares are killer! Like I stated on another thread, there's a special division of NOAA that keep track of those things. When one goes off, enough time is given to satellite owners to turn 'em off temporarily (power down). When a big enough flare goes off, I don't want to be outdoors when it reaches earth.

I believe global warming has some truth to it, and that climate change can have very negative impacts on the Earth, but is man responsible? No.

Global warming is real and should be a concern to us all. Each year it seems to get hotter and hotter here in NC. Not a problem if one can afford A/C 7 months out of the year. Fish and other seafood like shrimp has declined over the years also. Man may not have made global warming but man sure is a major contributor of it.

I remember we were going to have a new ice age in the 70s if we didn't straighten up.

Now, global warming. We are all in for it because the average temps have risen 1 degree. What makes this more serious is the rapidity in which a natural cycle has been politicized.

We are all going to stop something that the sun is largely responsible for. Meanwhile the Chinese are poluting the hell out of the country to keep up with our demand of Wally World trinkets.

I hope the scientists can hurry and create something to stop them cows from farting so much, they are killing the polar bears.

lol@ people that don't believe in global warming

An astounding MAJORITY of scientist believe and have scientific evidence supporting that global warming is indeed happening... but yet you have your handful of crackpots funded by companies that destroy our enviroment that don't want you to believe the facts. Because they know, with the more we do to stop global warming, the thinner their pockets get

I find the idea of "man made global warming" to be incompatible with the idea that God gave the world and everything in it for the use of man.

I don't see how you can look at it like that. We can destroy what God has given us. Ex: GOd gave us life, but we can take anothers or our own away
