Ironic that the only times he's really been effective are the times that he's stood up and defied the Socialists. I've never understood why he's always trying to play that "bipartisan accommodation" crap. Not only does it do HIM no good, but the results for the country as a whole have been awful. |

Hard to disagree with that. It's also funny how Bush gets a pass on the Socialist label when he has vastly increased the size and power of the Federal Government and spent enormous amounts of funds. I guess that's ok as long as you still "cut taxes" and only support welfare for corporations, not lazy poor people. |
