One gal was having a new one about every 11 months. The kids were running in and out of the house half naked and barefoot all the time. They were getting like $350.00 a month per kid from welfare. The "husband" was a lay-about that would disappear for several months at a time. I suspect he/they were polygamists, and this was how they were supporting themselves.
